                             1 – pack of 5 tab dividers with pocket

                             2 – packs loose leaf paper

                             2 - boxes of tissues

                             2-3  dry erase markers

                             1 – old clean sock (for dry erase boards)

                             1 – pencil sharpener

                             1 – notebook pencil pouch

                             1 – bottle hand sanitizer

                             1 – box of Ziploc bags*

                                  *If student’s last name begins with A-L – gallon size Ziploc bags

                                  *If student’s last name begins with M-Z – lunch size Ziploc bags 

*Each child will need a thin shower cap sealed in a Ziploc

                             bag with their name on cap and bag (for use with computer

                             head phones)

                             Individual teachers may notify you for extra supplies

                             1 – pair athletic shoes (Please – No black soles, open toes

     or open heels.)  These shoes may also be worn as     

     school shoes.
