1^st Grade Supply List

                   Box of crayons (24 or less)

                   Elmer’s glue (no colors or gel)

                   2 - glue sticks

                   2 - white board markers

1 - box (10 – 12) sharpened pencils (no pencil sharpeners)

School box for supplies (a soft-sided zippered lunchbox/make-up bag works well)

Scissors (Fiskars are highly recommended)

Crayola washable markers (basic, classic colors only)

1 - green folder with 2 pockets on bottom (not sides)

1- red folder with 2 pockets on the bottom

1 - clipboard (put name on)

1 - 1 inch 3-ring binder (no trappers, for our weekly poems)

1 - 5 pack of tab dividers

2 - large boxes of tissues

1 - bottle of hand sanitizer

Boys – 1 box of quart size Ziploc bags

Girls – 1 box of gallon size Ziploc bags

*Each child will need a thin shower cap sealed in a Ziploc bag with their name on cap & bag (for use with computer head phones)

Art, Music, Physical Education Supplies

Paint shirt (an old T-shirt) – no plastic shirts (Put student’s name on it)

3 - 1” 3 ring binders (hard sided)

1 - pink eraser

2 - 5 pack of tab dividers

                    1 – 60 or 90-minute blank cassette tape

1 – pair athletic shoes. (Please – no black soles, open toes or open heels.)  These shoes may also be worn as school shoes.

** For children new to Towslee, please add a 1 ½ inch black 3 ring binder.
