Friday, February 25th
5:15 - Brunswick report to BHS band room
5:30 - Brunswick load equipment truck, everyone load luggage on charter bus
6:00 - depart for Syracuse
12:00 - arrive at housing/unload (American Legion Post 359 Syracuse, NY)
12:45 - lights out

Saturday, February 26th
7:00 - Wake-up/breakfast/store luggage
7:30 - depart for showers (Cicero North Syracuse High School)
7:45-8:45 - shower/Brunswick dress for show (take clothes with you to change into after the performance)
8:45 - depart for arena
9:00 - Brunswick check-in
9:00 - North Royalton unload Brunswick’s equipment & get props ready for show - stay with the
equipment until the conclusion of Brunswick’s show
9:32 - Brunswick report time
9:47 - Brunswick body warm-up
10:00 - Brunswick equipment warm-up
10:08 - Brunswick ready line
10:16 - Brunswick performance
10:30 - load Brunswick equipment/change clothes
11:00-4:00 - watch prelims - lunch on your own at the arena
4:00 - North Royalton dress for show
5:00 - North Royalton check-in
5:00 - Brunswick unload North Royalton’s equipment & get props ready for show - stay with the
equipment until the conclusion of North Royalton’s show
5:15 - North Royalton report time
5:30 - North Royalton body warm-up
5:44 - North Royalton equipment warm-up
5:53 - North Royalton ready line
6:02 - North Royalton performance
6:15 - load North Royalton equipment/change clothes
6:30-10:00 - watch remainder of prelims - dinner on your own at the arena
10:00 - depart for housing
11:30 - lights out

Sunday, February 27th
IF BRUNSWICK MAKES FINALS… (Times will be finalized after prelims.)
6:00 - Wake-up/breakfast/pack up/load bus (we will not be coming back to the American Legion Hall after we leave this morning - make sure you have packed everything)
6:45 - depart for showers
7:45 - depart for arena
8:00 - Brunswick check-in
9:00-10:15 - Brunswick performs

Sunday, February 27th
IF NORTH ROYALTON MAKES FINALS…(Times will be finalized after prelims.)
9:00 - Wake-up/breakfast/pack up/load bus (we will not be coming back to the American Legion Hall after we leave this morning - make sure you have packed everything)
9:45 - depart for showers
10:30 - depart for arena
10:55 - North Royalton check-in
11:55-12:58 - North Royalton performs
1:15- load North Royalton equipment/change clothes
1:30-4:00 - watch finals - lunch on your own at the arena
4:00 - Finals conclude - depart for home immediately at the conclusion of finals award ceremony
6:00 - stop for dinner
11:00 - arrive at Brunswick High School
